Requirements
You have 14 days from the time of delivery to return the items. The item must be unworn and must be returned with the original labels. You pay the return costs yourself. Kangoo is not liable for damage and/or loss of packages that are returned. We therefore recommend that you always send your package with a track & trace code and ask PostNL for the proof of shipment.
Send back
1. Pack the Kangoos in the original box, including the packing slip with accompanying information.
2. You write our address on the box and drop off the package at a PostNL delivery point.
